The length of the application process mainly depends on how long it takes your employment and rental references to get back to our application processors. To expedite this process after you apply, we recommend you reach out to your current employer(s) and current and former land lord(s), let them know that our application processors should be reaching out to them soon, and request that they respond to our application processors as soon as possible.
QUALIFICATIONS: Credit and criminal screening ran for each applicant at the time of submission. A credit score of 620 or higher is preferred. No unsatisfied evictions. No pending evictions/lockouts on the current home. No unpaid balances to previous landlords. No felony convictions or pending charges. Combined household income for all adults must be at least 3 times the rent (Gross income - before deductions).
ANIMALS: You must disclose any animals that will live on the property or be in violation of your lease. $25/month animal fee per animal for animals under 50 lbs, $50/month for animals 50-100 lbs, $75/month for animals 100-150 lbs, etc.
