Lease Terms and Rental Qualifications:
-Total move-in cost of $3000.00 (Security Deposit: $1,550.00 plus first month's rent: $1,450.00) -No evictions, landlord actions, or judgments due to non-payment of rent or property damage to previous landlords. -Smoking in all forms of smoking or vaping, even smoking or vaping for medical reasons is prohibited on the property.
The minimum standard lease is 12 months. The resident is responsible for lawn/snow care and all utilities. We allow up to 2 pets with a pet deposit in most properties with refundable pet deposit, and pet rent. Exotic and/or poisonous animals are not permitted. If you own a dog you must show proof of Renter's Insurance with general liability coverage and list AmCore Property Management, LLC as additional insured. Pets must be spayed/neutered. Vicious dog breeds or dogs with a vicious history are not permitted. Dogs with a mixture of vicious breeds may be restricted. (Vicious dog breeds NOT permitted Akita, Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Chow, German Shepherd, American Pit Bull Terrier, Wolf Hybrid, Pit Bull, Bullmastiff, Cane Corso, Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Presa Canario).
