Amazing
I loved it here!!! I lived here prior and had no issues. Maintenance was on top of everything, and any issues/concerns were dealt with quickly and accordingly! I moved due to unforeseen circumstances in my life but i can’t wait to move back! i highly recommend

Read your lease before signing, I would give no star if it was one. Horrible company.
Be careful what your getting yourself into. They are not transparent about their rules and prices. I was almost going to sign a lease and I notice a part where it says “Landlord hereby reserves the right to transfer Tenant to a similar unit within the complex for any reason by giving a 30-day notice.” I ask if they can remove that part, the answer was no. And they gave me a silly answer by saying just in case of fire, like they anticipated the fire to happen 30 days prior. All what I’m saying do your homework before giving them your information and wasting your time.

You get what you pay for
Typical 1 bedroom apartment. Busy area, lots of sirens and noise, you can hear absolutely everything. I appreciated the maintenance group and their promptness, the management was 50/50 on niceness. There is washer/dryer hookup which is unheard of, that was great! Parking was free and there was plenty of it. Pet friendly! Overall, it’s a decent place to temporarily live. Definitely didn’t want to stay long term due to the noise and being ground level made me feel unsafe, but that’s personal preference. Oh, and the AC/Heater is so loud that you have to understand you need to pause whatever you’re doing while it cycles lol. They can be sneaky about increasing your monthly costs, so keep an eye on that! And people can walk in whenever they want, for example maintenance and pest control… I hated this. They said they’d let you know in advance but there was a time where they sent a team at 0930 who started banging on my door and THEN sent a text stating they were coming at 0900… that’s not how letting someone know works… other times were better and they are under new management now so maybe it will be better. Bad communication seemed to be one particular person.. so who knows. Good luck in your pursuit!

Great property. They don’t bother you much. Excellent rates, maintenance ALWAYS respond within 24 hours, nice community. Highly recommend.
