Fast maintenance
I move in my apartment about a month ago, I love it. It’s a very quiet neighborhood, and the property manager is very responsive. Also, I put in a work order to get make the water in my apartment hotter. Maintenance came the next day, and did it quickly.

The Worst Apartment
Management never responds to request to set an appointment. My ceiling has been leaking for 4 hours. The emergency maintenance line has not sent anyone out to fix this. The apartments do not look as advertised. Over priced!!! the walls are thin. the neighbors are loud and out of control. When I complain to management they advise me to call the police. I have called the police over 4 times now. This place is a joke. Save your money

Way over priced
Wayyy over priced. Management NEVER answers and takes forever to call back. Our rent just went up on top of being forced to pay for spectrum tv, which is trash and has everything except what my kids like. However, the townhouses are updated and has very spacious rooms and good sized closets. The neighborhood is quiet for the most part.

Cheap Rent Homes
Im a freshman in college and im reallt looking for a nice place to reside. I searched cheap apartments in collinsville and it led me here with satisfaction. I really like all of the options that this website gives me as well.
