APPLICATION PROCESS $50 per adult All application fees are non-refundable this is for anyone who will reside in the property 18+. Pay online through the application link with a credit or debit card The application process is around 3-5 business days Approved applicants will be required to pay a non-refundable hold deposit within 72 hours of being approved. This non-refundable hold deposit will go towards the security deposit at move-in. If the prospective tenants don't move in on the date agreed the hold fee will be forfeited.
The number of occupants must be in compliance with county/municipal standards and only the occupants on the occupancy permit will be allowed to live in the property.
Liability Insurance Requirements The Landlord requires Tenant to obtain liability coverage of at least $100,000 in property damage and legal liability from an A-rated carrier and to maintain such coverage throughout the entire term of the lease agreement. Tenant is required to furnish Landlord evidence of the required insurance prior to occupancy, at the time of each lease renewal period, and upon request and add property management company as an interested party to the policy.
