This is a nice place however the utility fees are outrageous and we pay more than what an actual house utility fee would be. Overall, I would not live here just due to being more expensive than the surround long apartment complex. They may seem cheaper but the utilities are not included in that fee.

The place is very nice. The facility and maintenance guys are very sweet. Great place to live. Close to everything. The pool is very nice and basketball court.
