Please note there is no separate entrance, so this is technically more of a roommate... arrangement. But the basement would be entirely yours. There is a lot of natural light and a legal egress for safety. It includes a full bathroom, kitchen, private bedroom, and a large open living space. This would be great for a graduate student or anyone looking to stay within close proximity to campus and Edwardsville, without being right in the mix. The home has a 3-car garage, and for just $200 more, we can include the space as well. All utilities and high speed internet are provided and included in the rent. There is also a large storage room that we would be happy to share if you need some space.

TERMS. I am open to 6- or 12-month leases, summer-only, or schoolyear (9 mo) leases. NO PETS, as we already have a dog. Can be partially furnished if preferred for an extra $150/month. We have a queen-sized bed, a dining table, a small sofa, and TV available. Plenty of furnishings to get someone started if you are looking to not have to bring furnishings.
